Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Product Development Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing new and existing products. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure the successful launch of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop new products from concept to production.
• Conduct research and feasibility studies to evaluate new technologies and materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and specifications.
• Develop prototypes and perform testing to validate product performance.
• Optimize product design for cost efficiency, manufacturability, and durability.
• Work closely with suppliers and manufacturing teams to ensure smooth production processes.
• Analyze and resolve technical issues related to product development.
• Maintain detailed documentation, including design specifications, test reports, and project updates.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Product Design, or a related field.
• Experience in product development, design engineering, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and prototyping.
• Problem-solving skills with a strong analytical mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with 3D printing and rapid prototyping techniques.
• Familiarity with product lifecycle management (PLM) tools.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and industry compliance.
